Nutrition, Fitness and Wellbeing for Women

At Body Thrive, we prioritize holistic health by offering a comprehensive approach that includes strength training, cardio, Pilates, nutrition, self-care, and recovery. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels and ages, with a particular emphasis on supporting mothers during their pre and postnatal journeys.

Our training can take place in a variety of settings: you can visit my home studio, I can bring mobile equipment to your location, or we can connect online. No matter what equipment you have—whether it’s a chair, weights, or anything else—we will tailor our sessions to suit your needs.

With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, my passion lies in helping others create a lifestyle that feels balanced, healthy, and enjoyable. I’ve seen firsthand the powerful connection between movement, nutrition, and mindset, and how small, consistent choices can make a lasting difference.
 

My journey began as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer while completing my Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science. Since then, I’ve gone on to earn a Bachelor of Psychological Science, along with qualifications in Reformer and Mat Pilates, pre- and postnatal health, and several additional nutrition and fitness specialties. A highlight of my career was working as an International Personal Trainer aboard a Disney Cruise Line — an experience that allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life and share my love for health and fitness in a truly unique way.
 

As a mum, I understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself while juggling everything else. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting other women through all stages of life; before, during, and after pregnancy, helping them feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.
 

Above all, I believe in combining knowledge with compassion. My goal is to make fitness and nutrition feel achievable and sustainable, while keeping things real, supportive, and fun along the way
